Sorry if this phrase is really offensive or anything- I don't know what it means but someone seemed kind of offended by it- I was just curious.
It's without diacritics, unfortunately:

I understand "cho người" but not the rest.

Without the diacritics it has several meanings:
_ Chờ người đến rước: waiting for someone to pick up
_ Cho người đến rước: send someone to pick up
_ Cho người đen rước (this is unlikely) : let a black man to pick up (or send a black man to pick up)
_ Chờ ngươi đến rước: waiting for you (ngươi=an offensive/unrespectful way to call someone) to pick up
_ Cho ngươi đến rước: letting/sending you (ngươi=an offensive/unrespectful way to call someone) to pick up

In my opinion, the girl in this case is pissed off because you couldn't come in person and pick her up.
