Glad to be part of the V-dict community, sounds like a large group of well-educated people interested in communicating with and understanding others through the use of the Vietnamese language and culture. I am beginning to sort and classify the hundreds of captured Chu Luc, People's Army, Quan Luc and NFL/PRG documents and letters I have in my collection. If I could get any help from the community in sorting them by the title on the document, I would be most appreciative. Once I get them sorted by the envelope or document title, I can get them translated (big money!). One example is a 1974 envelope addressed D/C (Comrade) Phan Nhan with a notice inside from Uy Ban Viet Nam Doan Ket Voi Nhan Dan My Hoi Nhac Si Viet Nam. Any suggestions? Best Regards.
