Sometimes i see some sentences with a strange structure like "I always said..." or something like that. I've been thinking the Present simple must go along with verb bare but this is different. In school, Eng teachers always say the advs like always, usually... have to go with P.Simple. is there any exception?
thse adv always, usually always go after noun. besides, in english there are always exceptions which dont follow english structures liek Vietnamese. FOr instances those that u mentioned above. OF ocurse these shortcut sentences are not fomularised and just being used in normal conversation and you can't bring them into formal text or paragraphs
