Here is my version:

Hoi jia => Hơi già => A bit Old(er)
nhung tot => nhưng tốt => but still good

assuming they are talking about a person.

Hoi jia => Hơi già => a bit old
nhung tot => nhưng tốt => but good/nice/kind

because if they were talking about a thing then it would be

Hơi cũ ..= a bit old
