Help me, everybody....

When i write or say anything, I don't know how to use V-ing and V-ed; V. How and Where to put them following with Noun and adj....Help me please

You can use V-ing when you use "present continous" ( Thì hiện tại tiếp diễn):

"S + be + V-ing"

Ex: I'm reading

You can use V-ed when you use "Past tense" ( Thì quá khứ)..but I note you that...not all words use "-ed"....some words are irregular verbs ( Động từ bất quy tắc)

For example: I called you ( S + V-ed + O) [ is it right :-/ ]
I forgot something (S + V2 + O)

And last one , You can use V when you use "Simple tense" ( Thì hiện tại đơn)...This tense is very basic....when you start to study English....you will learn that first !

Ex: I play games....<== That;s all :-p
