I understand "cam on anh" but not the last 2 words.

I think "em" is the pronoun for the lady speaking...(?)
but I can not find "hieu"
and I don't know how "hieu em" modifies the sentence.

"Cam on anh hieu em" means "cảm ơn anh đã hiểu em", one can translate it into english as "Thank you for understanding me".

Cam on, that makes sense now.

And now I know why I could not find the words before:

It seems that if I start out already knowing the correct translation AND if I ctrl-c copy in the words with correct diacritical marks instead of trying to key it all AND if I only need to translate a 2 or 3 word phrase AND if I get really lucky, then I can re-create the correct translation that I started with... sometimes!! MAYBE!!!
