Hôm nây tôi cố gắng coi phim 'Ngồi Nhà Hạnh Phúc' về môn tiếng Việt nhưng mà không hiểu nhiều được...vẫn phải học nhiều lắm thì hiểu được một điều gì đó. (Today I tried to watch Full House, but I couldn't understand much...I still need have a lot to learn before I can fully understand something like that.

--> tàn phá means to destroy. To speak more like a Vietnamese, you could use:

It was called phòng trưng bầy tội ác Mỹ Ngụy (loosely translated as museum for crimes of US [and] South Vietnamese) when it was first open. Now it is called bảo tàng chiến tranh. I guess it was renamed because of tourist from US.

Korea = Đại Hàn Minh Quốc, but we shorten it to [nước] Đại Hàn.

Korean = người Đại Hàn.

Note that Hàn Quốc is used more often than Đại Hàn, both terms carry almost the same meaning though.

(Thịt) chà bông, thịt is not really necessary, you can use "chà bông" and it still makes perfect sense, sometimes you want to add "thịt" into if you want to make sure people dont mistake if for "xà bông" (soap). Also, "chà bông" can be made from fish as well, and I believe they even have the vegetable ones so "thịt" is not always the correct term to used.

@Paddy: Ngụy doesn't mean South Vietnamese, please do not make such mis-leading statement.
