To learn a language, the most important thing is to try oneself, that means, once you want to learn, you will find out ways to improve your skill. This is the same way as to do something. Once you wish to do, you will try this way or other in order to reach what you're aiming at. One good way to learn (English) is to choose a good book, for example New Testament to read each sentence, repeat and repeat until you can read without opening the book (to learn by heart = học thuộc lòng) then go with another sentence and paragraph. By this way you will have rich vocabulary including words arranged in good grammar. New Testament is written by many wise man and it lasts tens of centuries. Learning by heart with this book you will have another knowledge that will surprise you, I think. And, another good way is to write your diary. Writing a diary, you will express just a normal life, everything you experience in a simple day but to write this, you will complete your vocabulary once you have no word to write, you will look in a dictionary or ask your friend here. Well, good luck Im Winds. I reply here in English in order you will try to understand it and by understanding it, you will learn some. Good luck!
Thank fija! Tôi sẽ cố gắng học. Hy vọng là sau 1 tháng tôi có thể giao luu với mọi người bằng tiếng anh. Mọi người cổ vũ cho tôi nhé

yes. in america we would say, "i wish you and yours, a very merry christmas and a happy new year"! "yours" = everybody just like dethuong said, no need for the his/hers.
btw: if you used the above saying, one would say, "I wish you, your family, and your lovED oneS, a merry christmas and a happy new year".

    1st Version:
Anyone who teaches me one word - even half a word - is still my teacher.
    2nd Version:
Even he who teaches me the smallest bit can still be called my teacher

Please correct my grammar as you see fit. Much appreciated!

Lâu lâu vô lại không gì mới
Chắc bà con đợi tới sang năm
Còn chừng hơn tháng âm thầm
Lại thêm cái tết cũng nằm nhà thôi!

Visiting after a while and there is nothing new here
Perhaps other mates are waiting for a new year
Time left is more than a month, clear
And a Tet renewed, to stay home with some beers
