Don't you think this sms is odd. This gal talked about marriage and children but she used the word toi. This is not a word used between lovers, unless they are quarreling with each other.
Even when quarreling with each other, they would not use that words.
It seems to me that she no longer wants to continue this relationship
maybe.

The use of TOI in this case can be explained:
1. Vietnamese language is not mother tongue of the user.
2. The relationship between the writer and the recipient is not close.
3. Knowledge of using vietnamese pronouns of the user is limited.
I agree with fija. However we can't guess the situation, only the insiders know best.
