There are many Vietamese living in Thailand. I met quite a few of them in Bangkok, and Phuket island. I know there are many more in Northern Thailand. You might have run across some of them without knowing it.

He has a traditional mind set. Meaning he only like to have a Vietnamese girl friend. He can have a crush, bond, sexual feeling or any other, but he would not go for relationship.
In short, I think if you are 100% Vietnamese, he will go for you in an instant.

Learn to speak Vnese language

Hangout with more of his Vnese friends
