    A couple of short phrases I am not sure of :

    Kg hieu tai sao den moi lan sinh nhat la nho co ban gai, chac tai mua

    --> I don't understand why (recently ?) ... birthday ... I forget I have a girl friend ??? surely because it rains ???


    lam gi ma toi 12h vay ?
    --- > what do you do around 12 tonight ?

    moi lan/sinh nhat: every time/birthday ===> every (his/her) birthday.

    nho co ban gai: miss his girl friend.

    toi: until (up to the time of.)

    Impossible!!!
    It won't rain every his/her birthday.
