Can we say: .......,(I/it)(have/has) just turned out this bad.

Is there any difference if we say "under sunshine" instead of "in the sunshine" ?

Thất bại lớn nhất của đời người là tự đại
Đáng thương nhất của đời người là tự ti.
Tự đại + Tự ti = thất bại đáng thương nhất

I would appreciate if some one could explain how the meaning of
mới ra nông nỗi này đây
id determined - when I look in dictionaries, and add up the meaning of individual words, I basically get nothing.
    (for instance :
    nông : superficial
    nỗi : feeling)

    ??

To reply to the question asked above, I would say 'going out in / under the sun gives me headaches'

    Nỗi: feeling of sadness
    Nông: not deep.
Nông nỗi này: this feeling of sadness (this bad situation.)
The whole sentence should be undestood: "Since meeting___,the whole thing has turned upside down!

"nông nỗi" is a complex word that refers to the bad condition
"mới" here is shortened from "mới đây" that means "recent" (not sure)
"ra" here is shortened from "xảy ra" that means "occur"

sometime we just use it as the idiomatic sentence, such as "mới ra nông nổi", "mới nên cớ sự"... to express to "someone is in the bad condition, caused by someone else or something wrong"
Ex: Because you didn't hear me (you didn't do what I instructed you), so now you "mới ra nông nỗi" like this.
