Showed (past tense of verb to show) not shown (past participle.)

yes, it's correct but you should replace the word "cho" by "vì" or "về", it sounds better

We have been disqussing, if there is a difference in the meaning of this sentences or if the "words" and meaning are synonym. to express "I saw Peter at the street"
Toi nhien thay anh Peter o pho Nygade.
Toi trong thay anh Peter o pho Nygade.
Toi thay anh Peter o pho Nygade.
Is there some kind of differance?

Tôi nhìn thấy anh Peter ở phố Nygade.
Tôi trông thấy anh Peter ớ phố Nygade.
Tôi thấy anh Peter ớ phố Nygade.

Verb phrases nhìn thấy, trông thấy and verb thấy all mean see. IMHO there is not any subtle difference.

yes, they are the same, all of them mean that you use your eyes to see s.o or s.t
The word "thấy" means "discover something", when it stands alone, it can mean "nghe thấy (hear)" or "nhìn/trông thấy (see)" or "cảm thấy (feel)" or "ngửi thấy (smell e.g: I smell gas)" depends on what referred and the context. hope this helps
