In VN "con cóc verse" or "con cóc poem" is used to mean bad verse/ bad poem
em hậu đậu đụng vào đâu cũng vỡ đổ lọ hoa,vỡ cốc chén trên bàn = you are/she is awkward, touching everything you/ she usually make/makes a mess from flower vase, glasses to bowl on the tables...
18 tuổi em đụng vào tôi trai trẻ em lại làm đổ vỡ .....cả hồn tôi = you are 18 years old touching me you makes.... my heart broken

I can see there are some differences - which in a way is comforting if two Vietnamese understand different things it means it is not that easy..

english-learner, one question, in the sentence
"you are 18 years old touching me you makes.... my heart broken"
in English, touching has various meanings - is it also the case in Vietnamese ?

I like poem. Let me help you translate this

em hậu đậu đụng vào đâu cũng vỡ,
đổ lọ hoa,vỡ cốc chén trên bàn
18 tuổi em đụng vào tôi - trai trẻ
em lại làm đổ vỡ .....cả hồn tôi

You're lubberly, break everything you touched
fell the flower vase, broke bowls on the table.
18 years old, you bumped into me - youth
You also broke... all my soul. (break here can be understood is "occupy")

By the way:
Đụng in Vietnamese there are some meanings.
Đụng/ va chạm = collide (with) Two ships collided with each other and sank.
Đụng/ cán/ tông = run over. He ran over by a bus.
Đụng = see, meet I saw him at the party. = Tôi đụng hắn ở bữa tiệc
Đụng ( sofly, gently)= touch I touched her dress

In the poem above Đụng means gặp gỡ (see, meet) with an impression and touch/ move him (the author)
