The right question therefore must be "Can I ask you a question?",or it makes sense more with " I have a question. Can you help me?"
Is it right that "May I have a question?" is so bad a question. I usually hear it in TV, so I'm not sure, and just don't feel agreed when reading about it in that magazine.
I'm not a native speaker ^^. Please, anyone, help me out of this.
Thanks
