b.pancake variation: appam is Kerala variation (steamed rice pancake)
c.pancake variation: sabudana uthapam (palm flour pancake) in Andhra Pradesh

a.pickles: garlic, chili, mango, lime
b.chutneys: coconut, mango, mint, chili
