    Some more:

What time will we be at the meeting?
What time will the meeting be held?
What time are we going to the meeting? (Near future)
What time are we leaving for the meeting?
    What is the meeting's time?

'What time do we have meeting' is not correct.

A quick review of acceptable forms:

    1) What time are we meeting?

    2) What time are we going to meet?

    3) What time do we meet?

Do not confuse the verb 'meet' with the noun 'meeting'. If you want to refer to 'a meeting' (noun), use the following:

    1) What time is the meeting? (Not: *What is the meeting's time?*)

    2) What time does the meeting start/begin?

The definite article 'the' is used in the above two examples because it is something which the speakers already know about. If the speaker does not know about the meeting, he/she will use the indefinite article:

    1) Is there a meeting today?

    2) Do we have a meeting today?
