'mang' is commonly used in southern part of Vietnam if I'm not mistaken and it means delivery in this case, you can also use ' đưa ' instead of ' mang'.
'mang' also means gills ( mang cá ) and wear ( mang mặt nạ, wear a mask) and carry ( mang nặng ).
Other phrase:
I worry about your health, We'll see each other in a few days and I would be very sad if you're ill.
