A wrong assumption can have dire consequences. I don't know how you got "You will have me in 12 days" from that, although I will concede that the something is missing in that message. Is that from a male's wishful point of view? Are you aware of the connotation in the meaning when you translated "You will have me"? If you translate that way, the guy will jump on an airplane and see her in 2 days instead of 12.
