Translation help (in a software).

I'm writing code for an English software and I have a list of messages (which can be show in the software) in Vietnamese.I've translated it in English but I'm not sure it's allright.Can you help me?This is the list of them:

Well, I guess you can use whatever you want. There are new technical computer technology terms coming out every day and they have different meanings. I have seen some of the same translations I used by various people on the internet and various Vietnamese websites. The rest of the terms I used is from a Dictionary of Computing. I know that "record" = "hồ sơ" but that's when talking about general office use; there is another term for it when discussing computer terms and it's "tập tin". You used "dữ liệu" for "file" but I understand "dữ liệu" to be "data". Different words mean different things in their respective fields. For example, the word "disposition" used in regular business means one thing and used in the legal field means something else. So I know that "xuất khẩu tài liệu" does not sound right for "export" but that is what is given in the dictionary of computing terms and since I'm not an expert in that field I would have to give the people who put together the dictionary the benefit that they know what they're doing. After all, that is their field of expertise and I didn't make up those translations. Just like I'm not a medical expert and if I were to look up something in a medical dictionary, I would have to trust that is correct and use what's there unless I know for a fact it's incorrect. I agree that using "màn hình" for view sounds better, and "màn hình" is also used for screen. I think there may be a misunderstanding on the one about "There are no orders", I believe it refers to a computer command for carrying out a function, because he is writing software code, which is the command structure that directs the functions of programs. So I don't think it refers to "đơn đặt hàng" but the command order which is "chỉ thị". The whole list was about code and computer commands, why would an "order form" = "đơn đặt hàng" for something be thrown in there out of nowhere? I could be wrong but that's how I analyzed it, I guess the person can clarify it better.

On second consideration, "there are no orders" could refer to merchandise order then the translation, "không có đơn đặt hàng" would be correct because I see that there was one other reference to merchandise in the phrase "out of stock".
