I dont know that much Vietnamese myself but I have heard the same thing said to me

one person said it must "em biet roi" My wife says all the time to me and
it means.............I know.........ngu ngon nhe means "sleep well" its similar to
saying something like "I hope you sleep well tonight" Hon means "kiss"
and mai mai means forever..........unfortunately many people have shortened
their statements and they are not always gramatically correct and this can cause some confusion
