I have seen the acronym BxH (or bxh, BXh...) used in a number of places, including user names for e-mail, IM, blogs, etc. What does it mean? In one case, the 'B' and the 'H' corresponded to the initials of the user's first and last name, but the 'X' did not. Does 'BXH' mean anything, stand for anything? Or does the 'X' have a meaning if it used instead of the real middle initial of a name? Thanks!
