Translation for reply to poem

oops, I just realized I posted in the wrong thread earlier. This is the reply my girlfriend sent me after getting the love poem that LtDra has graciously translated for me.........

Hoi tinh yeu la anh sao bang. vang anh roi lam sao em vui duoc. anh la anh sao bang tre put cuoc doi em. em la ngoi sao don le nen gap anh la le song doi em

Anyone could pls help? Is it a negative reply? I though "sao" means telling tales or lying.....

Thơ nghe "sến" quá và có vẻ tung hứng ngôn từ là chính chứ về ý nghĩa thì gần như không nói được gì. có lẽ anh này quen một em không có trình độ cho lắm, cứ ngó cái chat text là thấy.

Note: Sao băng là sao đang rơi rụng nó chỉ loé lên rồi tắt ngúm thì làm sao nó lại là "suốt cuộc đời em được"
