translation help and question

Hi, Is there a web site that translates vietnamese written on a U.S. keyboard. All the online translators I found don't work unless the letters are vietnamese characters. You'd think since there is a site like this that can read and translate vietnamese written on a U.S. keyboard there would be a site that can do it automatically? Any help or ideas would be great. In the meantime could someone translate the following.

This is sad, but your idea about translating Vietnamese without using those little thingies is impossible.

For example: the word "co"

Co = curl up
Cô = aunt
Có = have/has, yes
Cơ = muscle
Cờ = flag
...
and so on
