About IT’s issues.
Although obtained huge sucesses in IT industry, I think Indian still be an outsourcing country. Vietnam is emerging as a new outsourcing hub in Asia after Indian and China. I don’t think Malaysia, Thailand’s strenhths are software but electroniecs and semi-condcuctor.
IT projects have been outsourced in Vietnam mainly originated from US. Oversea vietnamese is a bridge for IT outsourcing projects for VN’s software companies. Some oversea vietnamese have set up IT software companies for outscourcing in VN, one of an outstand Vietkieu’s IT software companies in VN is TMA. TMA is now become the VN’s largest outsourcing company.
Despite gaduated from computer science faculty but my major is network system. I’m working for a state-owned telecom enterprise but I’m thinking of forming a group that try outsource software.

Hệ thống giáo dục VN thường được ví một cách tượng hình như bàn tay của những người cho tặng (the giving). Học sinh được cho những cơ hội (đi học?) và không từ chối, nhưng khi họ lớn tuổi hơn (học lên), cơ hội cũng ít đi. Khi số học sinh đoàn giảm xuống vì chỉ có những người ưu tú còn lại, họ tiếp tục lên đại học nhưng thường thì bỏ qua Mỹ để theo đuổi học vấn cao hơn.

Một cách ghép chữ thông thường trong tiếng Anh là
‘the’ + ‘adjective’ = những người có tính cách của adjective.
