Câu mà gần nhất thì có

Training must be like a bloodless battle so that battle is just like bloody training
    hoặc:
Training should be like bloodless battle, so that battle is like bloody training

Nhưng không đồng nghĩa tiếng Việt, mà có thể coi là phản nghĩa.

    Thank you Paddy.
Actually I am asking for those who have experienced it. They would give the correct answer for you and for me.

Training should be like bloodless battles, so that the battles are like bloody training.

    Or

    Train hard, play easy!

The saying "Thao truong do mo hoi, chien truong bot do mau" originates from the one: "Quân trường đổ mồ hôi, chiến trường bớt đổ máu". This saying is common used in military training centers of the South Vietnam government before 1975.
After the reuinfication day, the saying is arranged "Thao trường đổ mồ hôi, chiến trường bớt đổ máu".

How do you think this translation, tricky 42: More sweat in the training fields, less blood in the battle fields

HAHAHA I think more 'sweat' may be! Not sweet.... (1) Sweet means tasting of sugar or can also mean (2) somone is cute but can also mean (3) homosexual

    1. That tea tastes too sweet
    2. "Oh, I think you're really sweet" This is something girls say to guys when they like a guy but don't fancy him!
    3. "You're really sweet for him"

    How about:

Train hard and sweat more, win easy and bleed less.
