    Default translation question

I need help please. I have 2 phrases that when I get translated into viet. I am worried or concerned that it reads differently. heres what im working with.
    #1 "Pain is my pulse"
    #2 "Anger is my ally"
when I see these translated I get
#1 "đau của tôi là pulse"
#2 "tức giận của tôi Ally"
Concern is when read does it read just like in english or is the words jumbled and mixed up so that phrase dosnt make sense to a native vietnamese speaker?
And also does "Pulse" and "Ally" have a translation?
Any and all help and input, I thank you greatly.

    ___no possessive adj. here!
    #1 "/Pain is my pulse"
    #2 "Anger is my ally"
when I see these translated I get
#1 "đau của tôi pulse"(nhịp tim)
#2 "tức giận của tôi Ally"(đồng minh)

Sự đau đớn là nhịp tim của tôi(my)
Sự tức giận là đồng minh của tôi(my)

    Default Thank you

I need it to read in vietnamese the following way
    " Pain is my pulse"
    " Anger is my ally"
Does pulse translate? Or is heartbeat the closest word.
Also "ally" meaning friend is there a translation for that exact word?
Thank you for all who reply.
Also is there a difference in the way vietnamese people from the north vs the south would write this out?

    " Pain is my pulse"
    " Anger is my ally"
    pulse (heartbeat): nhịp tim
    ally: đồng minh.

I don't think there is any difference between VN from North or South in translation these words.
Of course, these words you are asking for translation are ambiguous their meaning need to be figured out form the actual context. But from your situation I think the translation of Mr. M. Nguyen is perfectly true.

    the meaning is the following:
"Pain is my pulse"- pain is all my heart feels (like heartbreak)
"Anger is my ally"- anger is my friend it is my motivation,to use it in my favor.
I can see how heartbeat will work in my phrase, but when I cross reference đồng minh is does not give me ally. Is that the most direct translation or am I best using the actual word "ally"Thank You again to all who contribute and help me with this question.
