I'm reading the above text in the following manner:

"Em hỏi Hãng Quata bên này rồi . Hiện nay ngày 14/16 vẫn còn chỗ trống . Chuyến bay từ TP. HCM đi Wien lúc 20h30 (giờ địa phương) qua cánh (I think your friend meant to say "cất cánh") ở DoHa vào nửa đêm . Tới Wien là 6h (giờ địa phương)."

I've already asked Quata Airline . At this point, the date for 14/16 still has seats available . The flight from HCM City to Wien leaves at 20:30 (local time). It departs Doha at midnight and arrives in Wien at 6:00 (local time).

I think "qua canh" mean "quá cảnh", in English language it mean "transit"
