"Goi" means: send or mail or ship to....

"Goi" also means: call

The sentence could be translated into English in 02 versions (!):


1. The thing/things supposed to be sent to Kim, as I said, was/were for application, but it had not been sent...(to nowhere?)


2. The thing is...I told (you?) to call Kim to put (his/her) application in, but (you) had never called....
