gio is correct. j is shorthand for gi as w is shorthand for qa e.g hnay troi co jo wa. hom nay troi co gio qua - today the weather is too windy

sử dụng means to use and xài means to spend money but xài dòng means to use.

sử dụng is a Chinese Vietnamese (Han Viet) which has the meaning of use but generally for house hold items. It is often used in a formal way.
xài is 100% vietnamese which also has a meaning of use but you can use it for anything
