It is half my coversation with a friend, but i am translating with online translators and think i am making mistakes! So frustrating.

sao biết nick cảu mình vậy
anh dang làm em ah
sao em?
mà em chưa biết anh nhu thế nào mà lại rủ đi uong cafe nè

sao biết nick cảu mình vậy=> How can you know my nick name (used to chat) ?
anh dang làm em ah .=> I'm at work , dear .
sao em? => What ?
mà em chưa biết anh nhu thế nào mà lại rủ đi uong cafe nè => Why did you invite me to go to cafe without knowing who I am ?. My knowledge of English just can help you so .
