What is "cung thanh tai"?

At an asain food store I bought a package full of ceremonial decorations with images of men, dragons, and lettering made of tissue paper at an asian food store. On the outside of the package, it reads "Cung Thanh Tai".

There are also incense and candles on sticks in it.

Does any one know what this is for or if it is even Vietnamese?

Cúng Thần Tài.

Cúng is like offering/praying.

Thần Tài: money god.

It originated from Chinese belief.

What did you buy those things for? Are you getting lottery tickets ?
