Cái nào mà người cho muớn nhà sẽ trả. Nếu mướn từng phòng thì chủ nhà sẽ trả một ít hoặc bao luôn.

because of là dùng như due to (vì), by reason of (vì lý do). Cái này lại được coi là một idiom.

Hoặc dùng để nhấn mạnh trong văn nói.
