I need help LISTENING to Viet

i can read,write,and speak pretty good but i cant hear very well(no im not deaf or have hearing problem). when i watch tv or music i can only understand like 50% of the words. i got adopted when i was 8 so i TOTALLY forgot viet and now i've been re-learning it for about 9 months now. i know about 2000 words and by may 2010 i will know about 4000 but i cant understand well.

is there a free website or anyone who has a mic that can help me (with yahoo messager or skype?)

i would really like it and can teach you english b/c im very fluent in english
