    Hi, anh khỏe không? Xin lỗi vì em gởi email chậm bởi vì em phải chăm sóc mẹ em. Mẹ em bị ốm và phải mổ. Nhưng bây giờ sức khỏe của mẹ đã tốt hơn. Còn tiếng anh của em vẫn chưa học xong.

    Hi, how are you? Sorry about my late sending email because I had to take care of my mother. My mother was sick and must be dissected. But now her health is better. About my English... still learning

    FYI -
    Dissect - is usually used "to cut into something that is already or going to be dead".
    Ex: dissecting a frog [in the US, live frogs are no longer used]
    A cross section of a dissected brain

    Use “operation or surgery” for living organism (planning to keep it alive).
    Ex: a brain tumor operation/surgery - involves cutting into your skull to remove a tumor, and then "patch it up" [Yes, there is a possibility that one might not come out of a surgery]
