recent là gần đây. Recent days, recent years.

current: diễn tả cái gì đang xẩy ra. Current month (tháng này). Nhưng cũng có nghĩa là cái gì mới nhất, gần nhất (most recent)

present là nghĩa như ngay bây giờ (present time, present day).
