    I don't understand the meaning
It might be understandable if it's written as
OMG! Dep Qua Em. Em Khoe Khong!
OMG! Dep Qua Anh. Anh Khoe Khong!
    or
OMG! Em Dep Qua. Em Khoe Khong!

    OMG could be:
Oh my God! Đẹp quá em (à). Em khỏe không?

OMG = Oh My God! A common exclamation used by teenage girls to express their surprise. Men do not use this expression!

I think you have received a message from she/ he who had got an image from you and he/she reply exclaimatively: "Đẹp quá anh !"
    So I think :

    Đẹp Quá (Anh) = It's so beautiful/nice.
Em khoẻ không = Are you fine?

Men are less likely to use an exclamation of this type which is used to express surprise but if I were to express suprise in the same way, I would probably swear mildly e.g. "Bloody hell!"

But.... The way in which "Oh My God" is said also has a bearing on the feelings of the speaker!! Spoken slowly and almost in a monotone... OMG means "I just cannot believe and I do not like what I am hearing/seeing" Spoken very quickly OMG means "I'm surprised"

I know this because my teenage daughter has been my inspiratioin! hahaha
