Funny Story
Police training should have meant this rider would have been looking far in the distance searching for any hazards. If it was just round the corner, they should proceed round corners in a way to get the best view of all hazards and be going at a speed that enables them to stop if there is a hazard. What if that concrete had been a child?
Of course they will blame the lack of signs, so they don't feel so embarrassed. But I feel sorry for him really!
