    Thất bại lớn nhất của đời người là tự đại
    Đáng thương nhất của đời người là tự ti.
    Tự đại + Tự ti = thất bại đáng thương nhất

    My dictionary shows nhà băng as verb and ngân hàng as noun.

    So how do I pronounce ngân hàng? Does it sound like "gun han" in English?

    Likewise for chính phủ? Does it sound like "chin who"?

    Thanks.

    You need to throw away that dictionary. To tell you the truth, Vietnamese dictionaries lack of quality and they are usually not up-to-date.... I've purchased one really good dictionary 3 years ago, and I lost it. I need to go find it again... because I don't trust anyone buying a dictionary for me. I always checked them out before buying.

    Nhà băng is definitely not a verb <= that's why I told you throw that dictionary away! Nhà băng = ngân hàng => noun

    Vuivabuon;13055,

    Chúng tôi học Anh Ngữ trên Vdict. bằng cách đọc và phân tích...những bài của các bạn ở đây....
    Qua đoạn trên do bạn viết, tôi thấy có vai điểm thắc mắc:

    (1) Dùng thì Present Perfect trước thì Simple Past!
    (2) a ===> them ???

    Như thế có phải là sai văn phạm không, hay gọi là không "consistent"?

    Thanks Vdict
