Default Yet another translation help plea! :)

Hi guys, could you help me translate this?

"Dang lam ha ox? Co met lam o ox. an g chua? lat ve ghe dau do nho an them chut g nhe. bx tu nhien sao buon qua. nho toi ox o biet sao nua."

We normally communicate using another language, which she understands verbally, but cannot read. So when she messages me through phone i can understand part of it... lately she's had more confidence in my ability to understand so i think she's gotten more complex in her messages.

    Dang lam ha ox?
    - Still are work, hubby? (she calls me Ong Xa out of endearment, we're not at all married, hehe)
    Co met lam o ox.
    - Tired from work, hubby?
    an g chua?
    - Eaten anything yet?
lat ve ghe dau do nho an them chut g nhe.
    - (lat) back (ghe) where remember to eat something [not sure if i'm reading it right]
bx tu nhien sao buon qua.
    - i'm (tu nhien sao) very sad.
nho toi ox o biet sao nua.
    - [No idea at all, what does "không biết sao nữa" mean?]

    Default Translation help

    Anhyeu562,
    Lát: moment, next (time)
    Ghé: drop by
ăn thêm: to get more food, to eat some more....
Next, drop by somewhere to get something...
Tự nhiên: suddenly. Or I happen to be....
Nhớ tới O.X., không biết sao nữa: miss you...do not know why....

Ox sounds funny, just like an ox working hard!!! I suggest: O.X.

    Happy New Year

Thanks for the New year wishes, same to you!

Haha... i told her before what Ox means but she says I'm stubborn like one sometimes so she persists in calling me Ong Xa (ox).

Thank you for the translation help!

    So am i right to assume the message goes as;
Dang lam ha ox? Co met lam o ox. an g chua? lat ve ghe dau do nho an them chut g nhe. bx tu nhien sao buon qua. nho toi ox o biet sao nua.

"Still working hubby? Tired from work, hubby? Eaten anything yet? Later, drop by where remember to eat a little something, ok? I'm suddenly very sad. Miss you hubby, don't know why..."

Or at least that seems to be the gist of the message, right?

Apologies if I don't type with the dietetics, all the vietnamese I know she taught me via typing on the handphone (we communicate verbally in mandarin chinese and some basic english).

Please don't mind if i come back from time to time begging from translation help... my basic Tieng Viet course only begins in late Jan so until then I can't be a constructive part of the english/vietnamese community.

Hope to repay everyone's help one day!
