    Which part is the street name, district name.... Etc etc....

    xx/xx B is street number,
    Đang Phuc Vinh Street (Đường = Street)
    Ap 3 = Hamlet 3
    Xa Dong Thanh = Dong Thanh village
    Hoc Mon is a district which I guess belongs to HCM city
