I was skipping this morning and went to fishing with my friend. I have fishing lincense of Missouri but I don't have the one of Kansas.
It was raining cat and dog while the wind didn't stop blowing. I was so cold. But then, it stopped raining. I caught a lot of white bass, some were big, like 2 or 3 pounds. Then the wild guard officer came to check the size of fishes and asked me and my friend for the lincense. Thank God! My friend had the lincense of Kansas. Unfortunately, I didn't . I got a 126 USD ticket which have to be paid.
