We must tell him we are meeting together
Chúng ta phải nói cho ông ấy là mình đang quen nhau.
It cant be in a (good) relationship where/while we are hiding from others,, I want people to know we are together.

Nó không thể là 1 sự giao thiệp (tốt) khi chúng ta giấu dím nhau. Anh muốn người ta biết là mình đang quen nhau.

I have made some changes in the last sentence for the easier in VietNamese translation.
