Was this written by an English speaker because it certainly isn't how a Vietnamese person would write. I'm having to guess at the meaning of this. "Toi dang English" should be "Toi la nguoi Anh"

means, ban cu viet tieng anh di toi hieu, toi la nguoi Anh ban co khoe k? You write in english i can understand it cause of Iam a English, how are you? it make sense ?
