Hi all, not having much luck to upload this document to the required file size. I not see many other posted documents either, so I would have to assume that it would be almost impossible to upload a readable document that meets the ridiculous tiny size requirements! But I dont give up that easy.

I think no, I don't see any place for a police to sign, maybe the person who acts as guarantee for you just need to fill the form with a sign at the bottom and give it to police

If you're married then take your marriage certificate as issued by the local registrar's office. You get 2 copies - one for her and one for you. It's called a "Giấy Chứng Nhận Kết Hôn" You don't need this for immigration but it may help if you're leaving the country with her. Long term visas for spouses have to be applied for at the local council "Hoi Dong" offices in the same province you got married. Send me a private message if you need more information ok?
